Informatica is currently looking for a Channel Marketing Manager, EMEA and LATAM for a 12- month contract (maternity cover) to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience in Field & Partner Marketing in a SaaS or Cloud business, driving growth with partners in Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts through end-to-end demand generation programs.

As a Channel Marketing Manager EMEA and LATAM, your focus will be to:

  • Work cross-functionally and with our key strategic channel partners to agree an EMEA-LATAM channel marketing plan and lead the execution of this plan across the region.
  • Measure the success of the Channel Marketing plan through agreed KPIs: MQLs, pipeline and revenue
  • Communicate & collaborate cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders both in EMEA-LATAM and at Corporate
  • Project manage events and other marketing initiatives as needed across various countries in EMEA-LATAM
  • Proactively generate ideas and positive ways to drive the EMEA-LATAM channel marketing plan with better messaging, marketing planning and business development through various marketing activities
  • Manage the EMEA-LATAM channel marketing budget and reporting along with KPI’s and program outcomes
  • Manage the new EMEA-LATAM channel rewards program, budget and reporting

The Channel Marketing Manager EMEA and LATAM will report into the EMEA-LATAM Partner Marketing Director and will execute on the EMEA-LATAM Channel Marketing plan in conjunction with local teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop the EMEA-LATAM Channel Marketing Plan: Working with the EMEA-LATAM Channel Sales Leader, EMEA-LATAM Partner Sales Managers and the regional EMEA-LATAM Field Marketing team, build an EMEA-LATAM Channel Marketing plan that drives go-to-market priorities with Informatica’s channel partners. Work with regional/country field marketing leads to execute the plan and report on metrics such as channel pipeline and partner contribution to revenue.
  • Support the creation and rollout of bespoke pilot channel programs with key Pan-EMEA-LATAM stakeholders to help penetrate the mid-market with channel partners
  • Drive key EMEA-LATAM Channel Events: EMEA-LATAM Partner Forum, Kickoff and in conjunction with the responsible Field Marketing managers, drive channel partner-involvement in pan-EMEA-LATAM events such as the Informatica World Tour series
  • Drive the successful implementation of the EMEA-LATAM Channel Rewards Program: Work with the regional partner sales organization to drive awareness and adoption of the Channel Rewards Program across the region and own the reporting for same.
  • Work with Corporate Marketing to deliver channel partner ready campaigns with high partner leveragability: In conjunciton with EMEA-LATAM and Global resources support the rollout of partner readiness marketing campaigns in a box/self-service packages and drive channel partner adoption of same in EMEA-LATAM. Review success / of deployed campaigns in the territories and share best-practices.
  • Support EMEA-LATAM Channel Communications strategy: Working the communications & PR team, support regular channel communications, newsletters, webinars and other communication TO the EMEA-LATAM Channel channel community to continue to drive awareness in the EMEA-LATAM channel.
  • Co-ordination of the channel partner funds for EMEA-LATAM: Work with Global team to manage & provide regular reporting on the EMEA-LATAM channel partner funding model.
  • Channel Marketing contribution and reporting: Monthly reporting and measurement of campaigns.

  • Experienced in working in the Enterprise & mid-market and working through and with the EMEA-LATAM channel.
  • Experienced in managing the creation and execution of effective channel marketing programs.
  • Experienced in aligning to sales strategies.
  • Working well with with external agencies.
  • Drive and attitude to serve the channel partners.
  • Strong customer/sales orientation.
  • Experienced in working in an virtual environment and be able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams in EMEA-LATAM and the US.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to think and work strategically and analytically.
  • Experienced in working with marketing-automation tools e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot and reporting tools e.g. SFDC, Tableau.
  • Able to work independently and have strong drive for results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communications or related field preferred (or equivalent job experience).
  • 5+ years related Channel Marketing experience in software marketing, IT hardware or related technology, preferably in an EMEA-LATAM-wide role.
