External Description:

Informatica is looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager with experience defining and managing modern ABM programs that create personalized experiences for largest key accounts to join our North America team.

Job Summary

As the Account Based Marketing Manager, you will work directly with Account Executives to build and execute holistic marketing plans – including digital, demand generation tactics for Informatica’s highest priority accounts.  You will be an expert user of ABM technologies and also execute digital, demand generation tactics as part of micro-segmented industry, migration and competitive campaigns.  Informatica’s top-tier industries include: Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector and Retail/CPG.

You will have experience with go-to-market processes and ensure all one-to-one and one-to-few ABM multi-channel marketing motions can be scaled and measured. In this highly visible role, the manager will be directly responsible for increased pipeline and engagement across Informatica’s highest-value accounts.

As the Account Based Marketing Manager, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. You must have strong technical, communication, and collaboration skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a direct partner to sales for a handful of strategic accounts, becoming fluent in their account plans.
  • Create and manage annual and quarterly personalized marketing plans to drive pipeline volume and velocity, relationship expansion and loyalty in these accounts.
  • Build and execute one-to-one programs, collaborating with cross functional teams on elements including but not limited to, campaign messaging, contact acquisition, targeted list builds, personalized assets and collateral, dedicated webinars, outbound communications, paid media, and social in these accounts.
  • Execute account-based content syndication, paid media, paid social and more in support of industry, migration and competitive one-to-few cluster campaigns targeting priority accounts in North America.
  • Work with Partner Marketing to evaluate, select and execute joint marketing opportunities with GSI, Channel and Ecosystem partners in these accounts.
  • Execute marketing programs on behalf of sales and demonstrate to field reps how to execute program elements on their own.
  • Be a subject matter expert for Informatica’s ABM platforms.
  • Test and optimize campaign activities to maximize ROI and make data-driven decisions by measuring campaign performance and KPIs. Develop recommendations to improve / optimize campaign performance and provide reports to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor progression of inbound MQLs to ensure optimal lead flow and timely follow up with Field Sales and Business Development teams.

Key Essentials

  • 5+ years of digital/field marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in an ABM role.
  • Strong project manager and proven success working and collaborating with field sales organizations.
  • Deep working knowledge of marketing and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase (Engagio), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to execute, track and monitor program performance.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, innovative and open to new ideas.
  • Passion for testing and leveraging the latest technologies and methods to optimize and drive results.
  • Detail oriented and analytical problem solver who can juggle and manage multiple priorities independently and cross functionally.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree required in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Approximately up to 25% travel required

What Does Success Look Like?

Work with the Americas Director of ABM and your global peers to build, implement and evolve regional ABM programs to reflect best practices and high ROI. Use a modern enterprise marketing playbook, including Digital Marketing, Event & Experience Marketing, Direct (Database) Marketing and Analysis to grow the reach and reputation of Informatica and meet pipeline & revenue targets for the North America business.

Nice to Have

  • Industry marketing experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail/Consumer Packaged Goods, and/or Public Sector.
  • Sendoso and Seismic experience a plus.
