Job Profile Summary

Oversees and manages Informatica’s Global Headquarters Campus located in Redwood City, California. Responsible of all aspects of campus management and operations. Responsibilities include space planning, tenant improvements, building operations and maintenance, site services, EH&S, security and managing leverage partner resources. Participates as critical team member on the RE+W leadership team. Also responsible for managing and supporting Informatica senior leadership relations and their operational needs and requirements.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Acts as the local RE+W leadership liaison with Informatica senior leadership at campus. Builds, manages and maintains the business relationship.
  • Develop, nurture and ensure strong partnering and consultation with the business functions to understand short term and long-term goals and plans to ensure RE+W goals and deliverables are in alignment.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders and subject matter experts, FACOPs Architect, Portfolio Planning, Design and Construction, fellow GEO Leaders, IT, Finance and Procurement with partnership attitude.
  • Responsible for campus space planning and management with the coordination of requirements with Portfolio Planning.
  • Supports campus portfolio transaction activities including leasing, marketing and broker tours.
  • Responsible for campus landlord operations including property management, tenant relations and project coordination.
  • Supports major tenant improvements and coordination with Design and Construction.
  • Responsible for facilities Operations & Maintenance projects.
  • Responsible for campus facilities operations and maintenance in coordination with FACOPs Architect.
  • Responsible for campus site services including food services; cafeteria, satellite café and breakroom services in coordination with FACOPs Architect.
  • Responsible for EH&S program, operations and all associated requirements and certifications in coordination with FACOPs Architect.
  • Responsible for sustainability strategy locally, as it pertains to the built environment, energy efficiency, waste management, commuting, parking, certifications, etc, to include program, governance, management, documentation, and reporting in coordination with FACOPs Architect.
  • Responsible for Security program; both personnel and physical facilities in coordination with FACOPs Architect.
  • Responsible for contracting, managing and operating leverage partner resources in the management and operations of campus in coordination with FACOPs Architect.
    • Track, analyze and report regularly on performance KPI
    • Recommend and implement ad hoc process improvements in RE+W.

Knowledge & Skills 

  • Uses expert leadership skill in collaboration and prioritization to direct and influence operations in the functional area. 
  • Expert level analytical and complex problem-solving skills in their functional area, with the ability to influence as a leader across functions. 
  • Adept at setting and driving strategic initiatives in the functional area, as well as influencing at higher tiers of the organization. 
  • Frequent engagement with top level executives to provide functional expertise advice that influences business unit strategy. 
  • Uses functional area strategy and direction from senior leadership, as well as long term business objectives, to guide work and direct the work of others. 
  • Creates an environment that promotes the identification and development of talent, as well as planning for future talent needs of the organization, as well as fostering a teamwork oriented environment
  • Extensive experience in handling a wide spectrum of Administrative Functions. 
  • Ability to understand business objectives, strategies and directions and to develop & implement actions plans accordingly. 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Results oriented is a must. 
  • Ability to influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels. 
  • Effective in project management, implementation and follow through. 
  • Excellent customer service focus, good interpersonal/problem solving skills. 
  • Strong technical skills a plus: Excel, Docusign, CCure, OfficeSpace, Sharepoint, Verkada, WebCtrl, ServiceNow, Chargepoint, Lobby Connect, NLight, Gentracker, etc

Education & Experience 

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.  
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
