Job Summary

As a Delivery Manager, you will work in collaboration with your colleagues across Professional Services, Sales, Resource Management, and Customer Success to plan, manage and execute successful deployments of Informatica technology.  The Delivery Manager is ultimately responsible for the leadership, financial management, quality, and timely delivery of projects, with customer adoption and success being at the heart of all that you do. In the role of Delivery Manager, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment with strong, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills and abundant charisma and energy.

What You’ll Do

You will spend most of your time working directly on customer engagements acting as the Informatica representative for Professional Services, ensuring that we are meeting the terms of our commitments and driving our customers towards successful outcomes. You will keep control of the scope, plans, resources, budget and artefacts, setting and managing expectations through regular status reviews and checkpoints. We expect our customer to provide Project Managers for you to collaborate with, but you are the face of Informatica’s delivery competence with expertise in how our solutions are best deployed, so you’ll need to get a rapid understanding of our solutions and why customers choose Informatica.

As a delivery professional you will also provide input into business development activities including estimates, contract reviews, case study development and marketing initiatives to broaden your exposure and value to the business. You can expect a balance of remote and onsite working and must be willing to travel where necessary to meet up with colleagues and clients around the Nordics.  

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has rounded experience in delivery management across a variety of technical and business disciplines – certifications in known delivery methods are a plus
• Has good exposure to data management with a particular interest in a data topic such as Data Governance or Cloud Integration
• Is pragmatic, understanding the importance of project rigour and controls whilst balancing the realities of delivering data transformation
• Has a proficient set of soft skills whilst not being uncomfortable discussing technology
• Is familiar with Informatica and its offerings and solutions
• Is willing to travel up to 25% of the time where required in a post COVID world

You become known as a safe pair of hands in delivery, trusted by our customers and colleagues alike.
