Description

Informatica is currently looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Strategy with experience in defining and leading Enterprise-wide strategic projects to join our team in Redwood City, CA.

Job Summary

As our Senior Director, Corporate Strategy you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, and working with senior leaders to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve Informatica’s long-term objectives.  In the role of Senior Director, Corporate Strategy, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Working as the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy you must have strong program management, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Day-to-day Duties? Here's What You'll Be Doing

• Play a key role in the development of short, medium, and long term strategy for the company
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic planning
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and potential ecosystem partners
• Engage with cross-functional leadership including product GMs and sales leaders to scope and execute growth initiatives
• Lead critical strategy projects that accelerate achievement of company objectives

Key Essentials

• 12+ years total experience with 3-4+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy preferred
• BA / BS degree or equivalent educational background required; MBA preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling
• Ability to structure and lead complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
• Ability to independently lead and manage projects with multiple workstreams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• High energy, positive attitude and motivated
