Group Vice President (GVP) Global Cloud Trust & Cloud Operations

We’re currently looking for a GVP Global Cloud Trust & Cloud Operations with experience in leading large scale cloud operations, building innovative cloud solutions, and have implemented best practices for Cloud trust (audit, data protection, and quality standards) TheGVP Global Cloud Trust & Cloud Operationsreporting to SVP Product Development will be a critical part of our Product Engineering Leadership and based out of our Redwood City, California Office.

Summary 

As our GVP Global Cloud Trust & Cloud Operations, you will be responsible for managing the vision, design, and deployment of Informatica's cloud platform and products are available, performant, and safe. You will be leading a large global team that is responsible for industry-leading technologies and practices to bake in scalability, reliability, and security during product design, help teams reliably deploy global products at scale while safely monitoring and managing our customer data / wor workloads. Working as the Head of Global Cloud Trust & Cloud Operations,   you must have strong technical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Day-to-day Duties? Here's What You'll Be Doing

You will partner with the Product Engineering leaders to deliver and support our growing list of ecosystem partners to provide transformation and best-in-class cloud services operations.  

• Drive the operational efficiency of the Product Org so that we can execute and achieve our goals.
• Plan and manage the Product Org budgets in partnership with our Finance team.
• Ensure our customers are successful on their digital transformation journeys by providing a safe, scalable and reliable cloud environment to run their workloads and process their data.
• Manage KPIs and metrics that ensure a high bar for uptime, provide deep visibility into the health of the platform, and incorporate them into cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives. Establish baselines and track against industry benchmarks and standards.

Key Essentials

• 15+ yrs of of successfully leading and directing a large global cloud operations and trust teams
• Bachelors Engineering Required, Master's degree is preferred
• Proven track record of success in driving cross-functional collaboration & projects
• Experience working with Engineering teams in Agile organizations
• Experience with organizational development
• Understands the full cycle of product development

What We’d Like to See

• Track record of successfully building and scaling all aspects of global highly-available SaaS operations including deep knowledge of infrastructure, global availability, 24x7 support, compliance, and site reliability practices
• Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation customer support and customer adoption
• Demonstrated experience partnering with executive-level stakeholders to drive change across multiple business functions
• Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
