Informatica Global Alliances is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a track record of managing multiple programs and events – physical & virtual. This is an opportunity to help manage, deliver and track partner programs that contribute to partner success.

As the Associate Program Manager supporting the Partner Success value stream, you will primarily be working for the partner program manager function, interacting with the Partner organization members globally supporting the Global Technical Alliance strategy to drive program management success. 

This role requires a disciplined, tenacious and creative professional that can co-manage the partner programs globally from cradle to grave. This is a global role, and you will work closely with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders. Crucial to your success will be your ability to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with stringent timelines across the portfolio while still being partner/program-centric and your ability to influence colleagues across the enterprise.  

Specific Responsibilities

• Day to Day program management throughout the program life cycle
• Setting up tools and standards for managing the program.
• Planning, tracking, and reporting on outputs and outcomes.
• Information and logistics management.
• Risk and Issue tracking.
• Create & manage program & partner database
• Program execution and follow ups
• Creating Partner database, champion database etc.
• Running live programs (at partner location) or remotely
• Basic video editing – as and when needed
• Create content for web pages, registration pages, promotions etc.
• Partner Communication and general assistance

 

Required Qualifications –

• 5-8 years of professional experience including a minimum of 2 years as a Program or project Manager
• Proven experience working in customer/partner service-oriented operations
• Technical/Delivery experience on Informatica products would be a big plus

• Dedication to accuracy and detail, ability to deal with change while remaining results-oriented 
• Strong Interpersonal and trouble shooting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or relevant field. 

• Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills. 
• Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau or Power BI necessary
• Knowledge on Informatica products is preferred
