Senior Revenue Operations Program Manager

The Senior Revenue Operations Program Manager works closely with Sales, Marketing, IT and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver programs, processes and tools that drive revenue, enhance productivity, and innovate the way we work. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the optimization of business processes to support sales and prospecting motions across multiple routes-to-market. This role will analyze and translate business objectives into clear requirements which are aligned across multiple global stakeholders and delivered in collaboration with analysts, developers, architects, scrum masters, and project managers to ensure their successful delivery. Most of these solutions are built on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform along with various other supporting tools in our Sales and Marketing technology stack.

Job Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft requirements, author user stories and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
• Leverage business process knowledge to find opportunities for improvement and application of Salesforce best practices
• Build programs to maximize value derived from technology investments in Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, Altify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
• Drive the planning, prioritization, and design of new programs, enhancements and tools
• Evaluate and address dependences across various functions and systems
• Partner with IT in the development testing and deployment of new capabilities
• Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign offs
• Leverage Jira and Agile delivery principles
• Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor progress against key program KPIs
• Assist with data imports, exports, updates to Salesforce using DataLoader
• Provide subject matter expertise in the development and delivery of enablement content
• Support end users of technology owned by Revenue Operations

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of SaaS sales preferably with experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise
• Experience supporting multiple integrated systems in an enterprise technology environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams
• Excellent organization skills, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning, and the ability to turn strategy into tangible results
• Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users
• Ability to work independently with general direction and guidance
• Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization skills to manage multiple and often changing priorities
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum delivery models

Education and Experience

• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
