Senior QA Engineer

We're looking for an Senior QA Engineer candidate with experience in Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, Appium to join our team in Hyderabad.

You will report to our Senior Manager QA

You will be responsible for all Testing / Quality Assurance for our software operations. You will work with executives to develop strategies to guarantee the quality of software deliverables.

Technology You'll Use

• Selenium, Cucumber, Ranorex, SoapUI, Appium, Watir, JMeter, Gatling, Neoload , and Webload

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Design automation test frameworks using a variety of commercially available tools and custom solutions
• Work with the client to understand their requirements and create an automation strategy
• Work with our clients to determine the best possible solutions
• Provide advice and feedback to our clients.
• Work and collaboratively with other teams across the business
• Be tool agnostic and recommend new processes and techniques to improve the capability of testing for our clients.
• Produce concise reports and documentation
• Design, manage all Quality Assurance standards, methodologies, and metrics. Lead the design and implementation of testing frameworks, test infrastructure and, tools
• Use fact and metrics and communications results, promote collaboration and ensure information flow
• Improve through the strengthening of quality tools, skills, infrastructure and process improvements required to achieve our goals.

What We'd Like to See

• Experience leading a Testing / Quality Assurance team - responsible for testing full embedded software stack within a high-volume data-driven software organization
• Experience creating an excellent testing & quality engineering process and organization with understanding of Hardware and Software development cycles
• Experience with implementation of different testing methodologies and test automation tools and techniques
• Experience in software and product certifications
• Solid knowledge of testing techniques to determine appropriate number of test iterations and applying risk-based testing concepts

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
