External Description:

Informatica, a Leader in all 5 Gartner Magic Quadrants in our industry, is looking for a Manager to lead the Master Data Management & Data Quality Team within Professional Services in Poland. Kraków or remote.

As a Professional Services Manager, you will lead a Team working on deploying Informatica's products (i.e., Informatica Master Data Management, Informatica Data Quality, Cloud Data Quality) within one of our core division - Master Data Management & Data Quality.

What You'll Do

  • Be a technical leader of the Team! Share your knowledge with junior colleagues, allow them to become more independent over time, give them confidence during ongoing projects, plan training and shadowing. (~25% of your time)
  • Be a line manager – conduct one on one meetings, performance reviews, support hiring new resources, manage individual schedules, timecards. (~15% of your time)
  • Manage projects delivered by your Team, estimate efforts, identify risks & react to them. (~20% of your time)
  • Deliver hands-on, technical work on projects, serving as the most senior resource of the Team. (~40% of your time)
  • Have a chance to work with both technical & partners from the largest companies (including 84 of the Fortune 100) all over the world, using industry leading technologies.
  • Collaborate with Consultants, our Research & Development and Global Customer Support Teams – an experienced, multinational, great group of professionals!

Key Essentials

  • Proven, hands-on, technical experience in Master Data Management or Data Quality projects using Informatica's products.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in the MDM / DQ world. Experience in managing teams will be an additional advantage.
  • BSc/MSc (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related technical program.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
