Your Opportunity

We are looking for an MDM Account Manager to join our EMEA Specialist Sales team, covering the UK&I territories. You will be a MDM Account Manager with experience selling complex business software solutions to large accounts. MDM knowledge is not necessarily mandatory but would be of course a benefit.

You will work across the UK&I territory, developing new opportunities and supporting the local sales teams with your MDM expertise and solution sales capability. As well as exploring new business, existing deal opportunities may be handled together with regional Account Managers to offer wider sales support.

 

You will report to the Senior Sales Specialists Director, EMEA & LATAM.

Location: This will be a UK-based role operating on a hybrid basis, located between home, customer locations and our Maidenhead office.

Our Ideal Candidate

You are motivated and eager to increase sales within our accounts while focusing on customer service and developing relationships with main decision-makers. You understand and thoughtfully respond to customer needs and meticulously monitor account activity. You apply clear performance standards and handle problems decisively and objectively, while providing sound guidance and assistance to improve the system. You are familiar with account planning and management and you know how businesses and the competition work. You are comfortable taking responsibility for the sales cycle including pipeline generation, developing compelling commercial offers and closing deals.

  • Excellent business and financial knowledge to develop meaningful business recommendations.
  • Strategic operating / positioning skills to develop plans.
  • Experience working with and coordinating resources from other internal functions including Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Legal and Professional Services.
  • Background and network in the Information Management space.
  • Experience selling enterprise business software solution sales in the region especially within complex enterprise application solutions and a demonstrable history of high achievement against quota.
  • Hunter mentality and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
