Customer Success Business Analyst

We're looking for an Senior Business Analyst candidate with experience in E2E Business Process design/flow, UI/UX,CMS Platform, Web Applications to join our team in Bangalore/Hyderabad.

You will report to the Senior Web Applications Manager.

You will be a go-to person representing IT, collaborating with our Global Customer Support organization, supporting our Customer Success for our global business. This involves multiple web touch points for customers – Customer Success Portal (Micro Learning), Adoption to Renewal, Fulfillment to Activation and Informatica Network (Forums).

Technology You'll Use

(Business Analysis ,Requirement Gathering , AEM/Salesforce, UI/UX , CMS, Web Analytics tools.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Create functional specification documentation, E2E business process design/flow, UAT scripts and documentation support for enablement

• Represent the technical team and work with business teams to understand the business landscape, technical guidelines and best practices
• Adapt to changes in business strategy and ensure that requirements are realigned across systems as well working with other Business Analysts
• Manage vendor support, together with our global team, for project deployments and important operational issues
• collaborate with geographically distributed teams

What We'd Like to See

• 5 or more years of demonstrated experience as Business Analyst delivering Web Applications
• Deliver projects in scope, on time and within budget
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support
• articulate and quantify business benefits for business-stated needs across systems
• Drive agreement for a desired future state that meets the business needs and is aligned with enterprise goals
• Understanding of user-centered design and user experience
• Understanding of user-centered design and user experience
• Good understanding of CMS platforms
• technical skills, including a thoughtful understanding of web applications and an ability to assimilate new technologies
• In resolving project issues and developing agreement and collaboration in difficult business and technical situations
• Experience with Web Analytics tools

Role Essentials

• Experience with Customer Success Management domain
• Experience working with Adoption to Renew or Fulfillment to Activation business processes
• thoughtful, flexible and person with a delivery focus
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
