Director Customer Success Strategy

We're looking for an Director Customer Success Strategy candidate with experience in SaaS, Customer Success, Power BI and Salesforce, to join our team in remote.

You will report to the Senior Vice President, Customer Success.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Help support the creation and evolution of the Customer Success strategy at Informatica
  • Conduct assessments and facilitate workshops with Customer Success and cross functional leadership to gain alignment with leaders on a future-state vision , including business objectives, capabilities, value drivers, success metrics and technology priorities
  • Perform and distill a variety of business data to discern trends and help inform Customer Success strategies
  • Identify enterprise business process and operational improvements to realize efficiencies and increase the impact of the Customer Success organization.
  • Create creative forward-looking strategies to inform and transform how Customer Success meets the needs of a growing customer base
  • Develop multiyear strategic roadmaps that prioritize investments and support business objectives
  • Help leaders within the organization embrace new operating models and processes that will increase customer value
  • Develop strategic cases to project the value of strategy, the case for change and the implications of change for the organization
  • Foster change management within the organization and work with the enablement team to streamline enablement of new processes

What We'd Like to See

  • 10+ years of work experience in SaaS, Customer Success, or transformation programs at Fortune 500 companies
  • Knowledge of key value drivers and success metrics typically associated with a Customer Success business
  • Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to C-Suite executives.
  • Comfortable running multiple programs in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Thrive working collaboratively and cross functionally particularly with Sales, Product, Services and Support teams.
  • Occasional travel

Role Essentials

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Routinely a manager of managers
