Position Title: Sr Principal Graphics Designer

Multi-Media Producer

Informatica is looking for a Multi-media Producer to design breakthrough creative and marketing materials across our communication touch points, to join our team in Redwood City, California. Reporting to the Senior Director, Creative Services, the Multi-media producer is a creative marketer with experience leading and delivering industry-shaping work across B2B to both business-facing and technical audiences, bringing to life creative expression that is cohesive, provocative and infused across all programs/campaigns across channels and regions.

 

What You'll Do

• Manage engaging multimedia assets—from concept through delivery.
• Work in a creative and flexible role ranging from video director to producer, motion graphics design/production producing a range of assets from high-fidelity corporate videos, shorts for social media, how-to demos, customer stories, animated graphics for the web.
• Develop video and motion graphics system and style guide and personas, understand how viewers ingest our media across multiple audiences (persona, industry) to develop asset format that deepens customer engagement
• Work directly with a cross-functional teams, ensuring that work is completed on time and that final products meet the expectations.
• Intake, organize, and archive raw video footage and photography
• Maintain best practices and industry standards to produce video for web and social channels.
• Edit raw footage or longer programming into shorter social-friendly segments, teasers/promos, and sizzle reels of live and virtual events.
• Maintain and update legacy video to keep it current with branding and messaging; ensure multi-media assets uphold and maintain brand standards.
• Operate production equipment (cameras, audio, lighting) and provide training and guidance for remote/home recording.
• Help develop interview questions and storyboards
• Ensure that assets are used and "campaign-able" into asset guides that are used across regions and multiple mediums
• Manage agencies/vendors as extended team to expand creative needs

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10+ years experience across motion graphics, and video production. Ad Copywriting and Event production.
• Excellent project management skills, manage many projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of entire creative lifecycle, including pre-production, audio and video editing, and content delivery
• Proficient in a variety of design and production applications such as InDesign, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Apps, macOS, iOS, Apple products and other industry software skills, including asset management and server requirements
