As Technical Architecture Evangelist, you will work across pre-sales, customer success, support, and marketing organizations to develop go-to-market programs and solutions that align with several stages of the customer journey to increase adoption, expansion, and increase cloud usage.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • This is a remote position reporting to the Director, Technical Marketing
  • You will build and promote customer lifecycle journey by working with sales, marketing, customer success, partners, and other organizations
  • Build and promote reference architectures that align with the customers use-cases and technology roadmap
  • Build demos and workshops to help customers expand their usage of the Informatica Platform
  • Collaborate with presales, customer success, and customer support to implement programs aligned with the customer lifecycle journey to lead expansion and increase cloud usage.
  • Create programs that use customer behavior and interaction data to position next best offer to lead expansion.
  • Be a brand advocate by building relationship with customers to lead cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, content marketing, growth marketing, and other teams to build agreement around go-to-market programs and plans.
  • Present and promote new concepts, promote strategy, and find opportunities to expand the value of the Informatica Platform
  • Support prospects and customers on their path-to-purchase using techniques such as personalized messaging
  • Willingness to learn and continuously refining the customer journey through market tests, pilot programs
  • Work with end-users on data management and cloud modernization programs

Knowledge & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in professional services or technology evangelism or pre-sales or customer success in enterprise cloud data management
  • 3+ years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing Informatica platforms and solutions Experience leading enterprise software deployment projects: preference to experience with SaaS-based deployments.
  • Knowledge of Product Led Growth (PLG)
  • Experience with building plans aimed at driving adoption and expansion.
  • Experience with reference architectures and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience creating solutions that address customer needs and provide optimum solutions
  • Demonstrate judgment in selecting methods and approaches for obtaining solutions.
  • Expand skills and practical knowledge by working with experts in the field and outside of immediate team/area/segment.
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Experienced at influencing and balancing needs of multiple partners
  • Experienced at focusing on challenges, use insights, debate ideas, and develop an informed point of view
  • Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; strong at building and delivering compelling presentations
  • Work independently and with ambiguity innovating down to the details to develop a new idea
  • Demonstrated experience achieving results and persists in the face of challenges
  • Travel: Typically, 0 - 10%

Supervision

  • This is a remote position. Must be independent and able to work under little instruction on daily work and general instructions on new assignments.

Education/Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background. 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant in professional services or customer lifecycle or pre-sales or customer success; Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing Informatica platforms and solutions.
