Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Senior Talent Attraction/Branding Specialist with experience in monitoring, promoting and driving outcomes through recruitment marketing platforms, to join our team remotely.

You will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

You will partner with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, VP of Talent Acquisition, and Global Leaders to support Talent Programs and candidate collateral for important markets.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Support and build targeted talent attraction and campaigns
• Develop strategies for building talent networks, talent communities and alumni network
• Oversee career site and aligns candidate facing collateral with EVP/Corporate messaging
• Build Candidate attraction collateral for Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates to promote our brand in the talent marketplace
• Create employee spotlight, job seeker report, employee celebrations and social postings

What We'd Like to See

Role Essentials

• 6+ years of Recruitment Marketing or Employer Brand is a MUST
• High level of experience in Comparably, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed
• Experience building recruitment and candidate content
• Experience working and partnering with Marketing, Branding and Communications
