Delivery Manager, Professional Services - Sweden

Informatica is looking for a Delivery Manager with experience providing technical leadership skills to lead successful engagements and adoption of global projects and best practices to join our team in Sweden

You will report to the VP of Professional Services

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Be the Project Manager for the initiative when there is no Project Manager assigned from the customer’s organization
  • Liaise with architects, technical teams, and leadership (both business and IT) across the customer’s organization
  • Provide the single point of contact for resolution of project-related issues
  • Act as the primary interface point into Informatica’s broader technical teams to ensure the full breadth and depth of the Informatica organization is leveraged for the customer’s success
  • Communicate overall project status to the customer and to Informatica Professional Services management on a regular basis 
  • Liaise with architects, technical teams, and leadership (both business and IT) across the customer’s organization
  • Fully understand the client’s project portfolio, proactively addressing emerging functional and technical requirements 

What We'd Like to See

  • 5-8+ years industry experience
  • 5+ years project delivery experience managing large or complex Data Management projects as a Project Manager or Technical Lead
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must possess a combination of technical depth, written/verbal communication, and client management skills

Role Essentials

  • Strong history and track record of completing quality projects on time, as well as a proven track record coaching and mentoring others to success
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Supervises Operational Duties of Staff
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
