Field Marketing Manager (Maidenhead).

We're looking for for a high-energized field marketing manager to work with multiple partners (Field Sales, Business Development Managers, Channel Partners and Agencies) to guide the growth of awareness, sales pipeline, and market share.

You will report to the Regional Marketing Director.

Your main responsibility will be to lead pipeline generation and progression within the strategic account space and align marketing plans with the go-to-market strategy. You will use corporate programs and campaigns and fine tune these to the local market and develop regional marketing initiatives.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Execute strategic marketing plan set by leadership.
  • Support the sales team with the information, insights and materials they need to exceed their goals.
  • Drive activities that increase market share by expanding focus and investment in the major markets.
  • Generate qualified sales leads using a mix of marketing programs and activities across a region/market.
  • Engage sales organization with appropriate programs to support North EMEA.
  • Leverage Marketo, Salesforce.com, Tableau and other tools to track the success of each program.
  • Manage programs and events to ensure optimal lead flow with Business Development.
  • Design, tests, and optimizes campaign activities for major accounts and regions.
  • Partner Marketing – working with System Integrators and Resellers in joint projects.
  • Budget Management – ensure maximise budget available for high ROI Reporting and Measurement –ensure closed loop approach to understand Return on investment.

  • Experienced professional with a full understanding of field marketing who resolves wide ranges of issues in creative ways.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope where requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Expand skills and practical knowledge by working with experts in the field and outside of immediate team/area/segment.
  • Create and lead scalable, innovative, and aligned market strategies that support current projects.
  • Adept in the ability to apply important data and market insights to increase awareness of the brand to grow market leadership.

Role Essentials

  • Ability in a range of marketing activities, including: Marketing planning, Integrated Campaign Management, Event Management: Tradeshows, Summits, Seminars, Budget management, Database Management, Partner Marketing, Savviness in Online/Social Media is required.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (like SFDC, Marketo or similar)Knowledge of the parts of the marketing mix, including: campaign management, marketing operations, marketing communications, corporate communications and sales enablement.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Open, towards change and personal development. Team-player.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
