Our Professional Services team plays one of the most important roles at Informatica:

As consultants, we enable a rapid return on investment for our clients by helping them implement our solutions. Based on our consumption-based pricing, we grow with our clients. Satisfied customers using our products are the lifeblood of a software-as-a-service company like Informatica, and our team is an important component in fulfilling our mission.

We work on highly visible projects with our most strategic customers, including many of the world's largest and best-known companies, to solve their digital transformation challenges using our latest technologies.

You can expect a balance of remote and onsite working and must be willing to travel to meet up with colleagues and clients around the DACH region.e role where it fits within the specific organization.

You will report to the Senior Manager of IPS.

Our Ideal CandidateAs an IPS spearhead, you are the most important face to the customer. Together with the broader Informatica teams and channels you will deliver the right solution and help to understand product capabilities.Whether remotely or at the customer site, you are able to understand business use cases, develop them further and ultimately implement them in a technical solution. In addition to your technical and business expertise, you enjoy interacting with people. You are able to communicate on both technical and business levels, building relationships that make you a trusted advisor to our customers.Through your success-oriented work, you not only help to improve our clients' business results, but you also identify new solutions that can be helpful to our clients.

• Energetic and enthusiastic about data management and/or data governance, and enjoy working with customers to solve business challenges
• Proactively work with clients to realise the value Informatica solutions provide
• Manage client and other stakeholders' expectations
• Keep 'big picture' in focus but addresses detail and balances priorities
• Identify success criteria to ensure required quality of deliverables
• Identify potential risk in an engagement and take appropriate actions
• Has skills in building consensus and managing conflict
• Conveys information in a clear focused style using techniques in formal and informal situations
• Contribute to the development of clear, comprehensive written proposals, and presents these proposals to clients
• Produce clear client communications selecting most appropriate style to achieve desired outcome
• Manage own delivery in a consulting engagement ensuring that objectives and deadlines are agreed and delivered on

Role Essentials

• Atleast 5 years' experience as a data management practitioner, with at least 3 years of experience in a consultant role; consult and advise on data management and analytics plans.Additional required qualifications for this role include:
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Hands-on experience in solutions like Data Governance or Data Management
• Practical experience in business use case analysis and definition
• Constant willingness to learn regarding professional and personal development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, including formal and informal presentations
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
