Informatica France est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) stagiaire en marketing pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris-La-Défense. Ce rôle est destiné à un(e) étudiant(e) et nécessitera d'être présent dans nos bureaux à Paris au moins 3 à 4 jours par semaine (possibilité de télétravail).

 

Description :

Informatica recherche un(e)stagiaire en marketing/communication pour une durée de 6 mois. Ce rôle est basé à Paris-La-Défense. Le stagiaire rapportera au Field Marketing Manager en France et travaillera en collaboration avec l'équipe France en soutien aux diverses activités.

 

Vos missions :

Votre rôle et responsabilités consisteront à :

• Organiser des évènements (physiques ou virtuels) tels que des salons, des conférences, etc.
• Planifier et exécuter des webinars
• Animer les réseaux sociaux (communication organique) : production de contenus, relais d'évènements, etc.
• Revoir les traductions de ressources marketing (brochures, livres blancs…)
• Utiliser les outils de planification pour assurer la visibilité du plan marketing en interne et la bonne orchestration des divers évènements
• Préparer les rapports mensuels d'analyse de pipeline
• Assurer la communication interne via une newsletter marketing (gestion du contenu et création)

 

Profil requis :

Pour assurer ce rôle, le profil idéal du candidat est :

• Etudiant(e) en marketing et communication, titulaire d'un BAC+3/4 ou en Master1
• Langues : Français courant et une bonne compréhension de l'anglais
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps
• Maîtrise du pack Microsoft Office
• Aisance relationnelle, vous serez amené à collaborer avec diverses fonctions (ventes, marketing, opérations…)
• Etre un « team player »
• Une première expérience en tant que stagiaire marketing serait un plus.

Informatica France is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Paris, La Défense. This role is for a student and will be onsite in our Paris office 3/4 days a week, with some ability for remote work.

Job Summary

Informatica is looking for a marketing/communication apprentice for a period of 6 months. You will report to the Field Marketing manager in France and support the team in France in diverse responsibilities.

Your missions:

Under the supervision of the Field Marketing Manager, your role will consist of :

• Organize events (online and physical) like seminars, tradeshows etc.
• The planning and execution of webinars
• The Social media management : content production, relay of events etc.
• Translations reviews of marketing assets
• Use planning tools to ensure internal visibility of events with the various partners.
• Prepare Business pipeline monthly reporting analysis
• Internal marketing newsletter (content management and creation)

Profile requirements:

To ensure this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

• Student of marketing and communication studies, with a BAC+3/4 or year 1 of Masters
• Fluent in French and having a professional understanding of English are mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
• Master of Microsoft pack Office tools
• Strong communication skills as you will have to work with different people (sales, marketing, operations, etc).
• Any experience in Marketing will be appreciated.
