Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Specialist

We're looking for a collaboration engineer to join our team in Germany / Poland / Ireland. Hybrid/Remote.

You will report to our Senior IT Manager

You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled tasks on critical infrastructure systems to ensure that we maintain the highest levels of availability. You will be responsible for supporting our internal systems which include SharePoint, Teams, Stream, and Loop, . You will need to work with our global team to support users around the globe in a high-paced work environment. In a senior role, you will stay up to date with the latest technologies and assist with planning future enhancements to our infrastructure.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Managing and Troubleshooting SharePoint and related technology infrastructure for current and future business initiatives
• Use PowerShell to manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environment to include SharePoint, Teams, Stream, Loop
• Enhance existing services while preparing for AI, ML, and future business needs
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Participates in global architecture design and growth discussions and initiatives
• Monitors and tracks incidents in the IT ticketing system in support of the incident and problem management process recognizes high-priority tickets, and acts within target resolution and response times
• Resolves escalations from the IT Service Desk and handles client support requests
• Limited travel to EMEA locations

What We'd Like to See

• Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Stream, Purview – required
• Experience managing Zoom Video Conference, Webinars, Phones, or similar platform
• Communicate clearly with customers/management both verbally and written
• PowerShell and Scripting skills a plus

Role Essentials

• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred. Education can be substituted with relevant work experience.
• Microsoft Certified Information Protection and Compliance Administrator certification or equivalent certifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience administrating Microsoft 365 products with emphasis in SharePoint and Teams.
