Lead Software Engineer – MDM, Provisioning, ActiveVOS, E360, MDM SaaS

We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore/Hyderabad

You will report to our Senior Technical Manager in Global Customer Support Team working with MDM Customers.

Technology You'll Use (MDM, Java, XML, Rest)

Informatica product knowledge, Databases, Troubleshooting, and also Provides technical support for the diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging of complex software. Reports design, reliability, and bugs to R&D software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Resolve complex technical issues related to the company's software products via telephone and email/internet.
• Manage communications with customers, at all levels, to.
• Advanced user of information tools and training to provide, high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in problem escalation and call prevention projects to help customers and other technical support staff increase efficiency.
• Contribute to the online knowledge base of known issues/solutions.
• Acquire specialized knowledge in specific company products.
• Participates in technical forums.
• Provide feedback on the area of specialisation to R&D.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to provide tracking and resolution of change requests.
• May serve as a team lead and will mentor Associates and Support Engineers.
• Contribute to the team recruitment process by serving on interview panels.
• Work only on specific areas based on the criticality and complexity of the issues.

Role Essentials

• BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
