Associate Modernization Success Manager

We're looking for an Associate Modernization Success Manager candidate with experience in project management, to join our team in Austin, TX (Hybrid).

Our Specialized Modernization Customer Success(MSM) team helps customers modernize or transform their data platform using Informatica products and services.

You will report to the Senior Director, Professional Services

You will work with account managers, field sales team to create the modernization delivery scope for IPS led modernization project. As a Modernization Success Manager, you will partner with our customers technical and business executive leadership team to help with post-sales implementation planning, guide customer's technical adoption journey, and enable them to deliver innovation to their end business users. You will also work with the account team to identify opportunities help grow the customer investments. This roles entails a hybrid mix of duties that align with Customer Success, Professional services & Project Management both for driving Delivery and Revenue recognition.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Onboard and educate new customers on our products/services, ensuring a smooth and positive implementation process.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
  • Engage in project planning and estimation, preparing for potential challenges and changes.
  • Monitor customer accounts, identifying potential issues, and addressing them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs, contributing to the improvement of products/services based on client feedback.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.
  • Provide training sessions and resources to empower customers to maximize the value of our products/services.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns, offering insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.

What we would like to see

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with Data Management or ETL or Application Integration

Role Essentials

  • Motivated and enthusiastic Entry level Modernization Success Manager. As MSM this individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients satisfaction and success with our Products/Services with a specialized focus on Modernization for PowerCenter to IDMC Cloud Data Integration. This role is for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and providing exception customer experiences.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 0+ years of relevant professional experience
