Solution Developer - Master Data Management (MDM)

We're looking for a Solutions Developer with experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will report to the Development Architect, Informatica R&D.

This role is located in Bangalore Located in Bangalore - hybrid work model.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Perform duties as an individual contributor or team member with 100% hands-on work.
• Analyze requirements, design, and develop end-to-end MDM-based industry solutions.
• Design and build data models, data quality rules, match and survivorship rules.
• Configure user interfaces targeted for specific business user roles.
• Design and build business process workflow.
• Develop batch and real-time application integrations.
• Actively participate in all requirements, design, and architectural activities.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D and QA teams across different geographical locations and time zones to resolve issues promptly.
• Work closely with Product Managers (PM), Sales, and Professional Services (IPS) to validate industry-specific solutions.

What We'd Like to See

• 4+ year of hands-on experience in the MDM/DW/BI space.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Master Data Management, Data Integration, or Application Integration.
• Experience working with enterprise data models.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Data Quality tools and data profiling.
• Experience with Java/Python programming.
• Experience working with customers, partners, and cross-organization collaboration.

Role Essentials

• Experience in MDM/DW/BI space with a focus on Informatica products.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Proficiency in designing data models, data governance processes, and application integration.
