Principal DB Architect candidate - MongoDB Database Engineer

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Design and architect scalable and Self Managed MongoDB databases in Kubernetes in Multi Cloud (EKA,AKS, GKE and OKE) Environments.
• Ensure optimal database performance and reliability through advanced techniques and best practices.
• Oversee database security, including authorization, authentication, and data encryption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align database architecture with business goals and application requirements.
• Implement disaster recovery and high-availability solutions.
• Provide guidance on database integration and migration strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging database technologies and recommend improvements.

Key technologies

Mongo DB in Kubernetes, Multicloud (EKA,AKS, GKE and OKE), Cloud platform (AWS, Azure)

Requirements:

• Masters/ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in database architecture and engineering, with extensive expertise in MongoDB.
• Proven track record of designing and managing large-scale databases.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, and indexing strategies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
