Senior P360 Support Engineer

We're looking for an P360 Support Engineer candidate with experience in Informatica P360 (PIM), SQL, Shell Scripting to join our team in Bangalore Office.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

As a part of the P360 Technical Support, you will ensure our customers' success and satisfaction with our products and contributing to their long-term loyalty. You will work with the P360 support team, QA, Engineering, Solutions Delivery, Sales, and Product Management to ensure that P360 is delivering good support to our customers.

Additional responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage customer support technical issues daily, including verifying issues, isolating and diagnosing the problem, and resolving the issue.
  • Provide technical support to partners, sales engineers and post-sales consultants via telephone, email and the web.
  • Reproduce product behaviors to determine the problem root-cause(s), issue work-arounds and solutions.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to report and solve product defects.
  • Author, edit, publish an online knowledge base of known issues/solutions.

Role Essentials

  • A college degree in a computer science-related field is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Informatica P360 is mandatory.
  • In-depth functional and technical knowledge of the Informatica P360 product.
  • Experience working with P360 version 10.x or higher, either in an implementation or support role.
  • Knowledge of P360 Rich Client, Web UI, Active VOS, and Media Manager is preferred.
  • Proficient analytical, debugging, troubleshooting skills, including handling issues related to application servers and databases., network.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
