Senior UI Developer 

We're looking for a Sr. UI Developer to join our team in Bangalore, India. 

You will report to our Technical Delivery Manager, Dx, IT Applications. 

Technology You'll Use  

HTML, CSS, SCSS and Scripting languages like JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS. 

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do 

• Work on latest technology platforms – AEM and Salesforce Experience Cloud 

• Translate UI/UX wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements to the application 

• Develop new user-facing features and maintaining/improving website 

• Collaborate with backend developers to execute implementations and provide design and user experience insights 

• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency 

• Optimize applications for better performance and accessibility standards 

• Develop Static UI framework which can be integrated across any platform 

• Familiarity with browser & device testing and debugging & fix UI issues 

• Good communication skills to work with Global Team 

What We'd Like to See 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate task management, priorities, and issues 

• Willing to learn and develop on AEM and Salesforce LWC platform 

• Work cross-functionally with the UX designer, development team, project managers, business analysts and more 

• Able to multi-task, manage and direct multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment 

• Flexibility and ability to learn new technologies while quickly translating requirements to prototype 

• Should be able to train and mentor junior developers in the team 

Role Essentials 

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Web Designing/ Front End development 

• Translation of PSDs into functional HTML / CSS mockups with CSS utilities such as LESS/SASS, Bootstrap 

• Experience in frontend scripting frameworks like JavaScript, jQuery, Node frameworks, ReactJS.  

• Experience with HTML5, responsive designs which are cross browser and cross device compatible 

• Experience in performance enhancements for web page load and Accessibility standards 

• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, caching layer and proxies used in the system 

• Experience with to Source Control Systems, such as GIT 

• Experience in integrating UI with Salesforce LWC or AEM is a plus 

• Experience in UX study and creating quality mockups and prototypes is a plus 

• Four-year degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, information technology, or systems engineering
