Associate Real Estate Specialist
Reporting to our Senior Director, Real Estate and Workplace, you will ensure compliance with privacy and security programs, managing quarterly access validation, assisting with our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs, tracking Energy, Waste, and Water metrics for the E in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and Budgeting. You will manage numerous small tasks. You will help maintain our commitment to privacy, security, safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance while coordinating teams providing this data to achieve our goals.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
o Assist in compliance activities related to privacy and security programs.
o Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation.
o Maintain an auditable record of access approvals and related events.
o Maintain EHS programs to ensure employee well-being, environmental protection, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
o Ensure tracking of EHS events is complete and audit-ready.
o Implement and track EHS training and awareness programs and training.
o Track energy, waste, and water metrics for ESG reporting.
o Prepare reports for ESG standards, including CDP, Ecovadis, SASB, and other evolving standards.
o Implement systems to improve the ESG process, including task delegation, forecasting, and reporting.
o Be comfortable with the surrounding developing field of ESG.
o Manage multiple small and random tasks and ensure their completion.
o Organized and facilitate meetings to coordinate efforts and achieve the required tasks.
