As the Partner Marketing Manager at Informatica, you will work with our largest global systems integrator (GSI) partners, technology and channel partners, including Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake & Databricks to name a few. This is an EMEA role, and you will be instrumental in creating and executing marketing plans at the EMEA LATAM level, whilst working with Field and Regional Partner Marketers to support local execution. 

Marketing activities will focus on marketing with our strategic Partners, creating demand and awareness of our joint offerings in the market. Identifying scalable and repeatable initiatives will be key to success. This is a demand focused role, and metrics for success will focus on key persona engagement, and pipeline contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive regional partner marketing plan. Align efforts with Informatica's global priorities to support the objectives of key partners and drive joint growth opportunities.
  • EMEA-LA Program Development and Package for Local Execution: Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and partner teams to evaluate and design partner-focused campaigns and initiatives, including thought-leadership, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and support where necessary/required with local execution. This may require working with and managing external marketing agencies.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of marketing contact for strategic partners across EMEA-LA including Capgemini, Deloitte, Cognizant, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, fostering relationships built on trust and mutual objectives. Engage in regular meetings, strategic planning sessions, and collaborative activities to ensure alignment and effectiveness of partner strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with various internal teams—such as Growth Marketing, ABM, Sales Enablement, PR and Product Management—to facilitate joint GTM (Go-To-Market) campaigns. Promote the full array of Informatica's marketing tools and resources to partners.
  • Internal Communications: Provide regular updates on partner-marketing programs with key internal stakeholders, including weekly status updates with VP Alliances, monthly interlocks with field marketing, regular connections/updates with the Alliance Global Account Directors, EMEA-LA Partner Sales Managers, etc.
  • Partner Communication & Enablement: Contribute to existing partner communication channels to ensure partners are well-informed of marketing resources, program strategies, and joint solutions. Provide training and support to enable partners and internal teams to execute strategic marketing objectives successfully.
  • Event Coordination: Lead the strategy and execution for participation in partner-led events and Informatica-hosted activities such as Informatica World and regional kickoffs. Ensure these events align with broader GTM objectives and deliver strong ROI.
  • Budget and Fund Management: Manage the EMEA-LATAM partner marketing budget (MDF) and collaborate with the partners, global and regional teams to ensure budgets are fully utilized in a compliant manner.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI) to track and report the performance and ROI of partner marketing initiatives based on agreed KPIs: key persona engagement, MQLs, pipeline and revenue. Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in a field marketing role at the European level in the technology sector, with ideally 3 years in partner marketing. A background in data, AI, and cloud services, plus experience working with GSIs or strategic alliances is highly desirable.
  • Skill Set: Demonstrated success in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns with an emphasis on collaboration and creativity. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
  • Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: A detail-oriented and data-driven approach to marketing, with proficiency in using cutting-edge tools to assess and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
