Informatica is currently looking for a Lead Go-To-Market Talent Acquisition Partner, to support Sales & Account Management hiring across EMEA-LATAM. This role will be a hands-on delivery role working closely with VPs & Country Heads to expand our core commercial team. This role would suit someone with a background in exec-search or someone coming from an in-house commercial hiring function.

The role will be a 6 month Contract. This is a hybrid role onsite in our Dublin office 2 days per week and remote for the remainder.

What You'll Do

• Be accountable for between 5 - 15 vacancies at any one time across EMEA-LATAM
• You will own the end-to-end process from hiring strategy and sourcing to screening and offer management
• You'll be expected to guide, advise and support the business through the hiring process
• We would expect you to be data-driven and use the tools available to provide informed analysis on diversity, total-addressable-candidate-pools, and market intel on key sources or locations of talent.
• This individual would be expected to leverage the expertise of other teams - e.g. Compensation, Immigration, HR, etc - to facilitate the hiring process.
• You will think of ways to increase the diversity of the workforce and will drive those initiatives.

Role Essentials

• 8+ years in an in-house or Exec-search role
• Must have experience recruiting GTM Sales professionals across EMEA
• Experience recruiting enterprise software talent
• Proven ability to hire in multiple countries e.g. Sweden, Germany, Spain, Ireland, UAE etc
• Be curious and ask questions like, "That's great but can we do it better, faster or smarter?"

Key Clients/Customers:

• You will support multiple Sales leaders across EMEA-LATAM
• You will work with a mix of internal customers from RSDs up to the VP level
• Work closely with the Director, Talent Acquisition EMEA-LATAM
• You will partner closely with regional HR Business Partners

• Figuring out ways to do things quicker, smarter and better e.g. we've recently built an in-house AI Recruiter Dashboard to provide recruiters with instant access to data for hiring managers
• Fitting into the EMEA-LATAM Talent Acquisition team who are very sociable, passionate about talent and always eager to enhance diversity!

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in either AI / Data / Cloud companies
