Associate Analyst, Shared Services

We're looking for an Associate Analyst with experience in Travel and Expense processing and their payments, to join our team in Bangalore.

You will report to the Manager, Shared services.

You will work on Travel and Expense processing and their payments

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• • Assist in the daily Travel and Expense activities
  • Meeting the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for all expense reports processed
  • Assist in processing Expense claims
  • Responding to emails from employees
  • Ability to coordinate with employees through calls
  • Open to do any roles and responsibilities assigned with in Global Travel, Meetings and Cards

Role Essentials

• 1+ years of experience in the related field
• UG – B com or equivalent qualification
• Experience in Travel and Expense
• To work in a team environment and understand how to access areas of risk
• Customer focus both internally and externally
