Senior Field Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager candidate with experience in field marketing strategy, partner marketing, and demand generation, to join our team in Paris (Hybrid work schedule– 2 days in-office, 3 days remote). This is an individual contributor role with no managerial responsibilities.

You will report to the VP Regional Marketing EMEA & LATAM. You will develop and execute integrated field marketing plans for the France and Iberia territories, working closely with Sales, Partner Managers, and Business Development to drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in aligning local marketing efforts with Informatica's go-to-market strategy and leveraging global and EMEA campaigns for local success.

Technology You'll Use

Salesforce (CRM), Marketo or other marketing automation platforms, Tableau or other data visualization tools, , Webinar platforms (ON24, GoToWebinar).

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the field marketing strategy for France and Iberia aligned with sales objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize regional campaigns and events to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, partners, and global marketing to localize and activate campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and provide regular reporting on campaign performance.
  • Engage and enable channel partners by integrating them into regional marketing initiatives.

What We'd Like to See

  • Experience working with a partner ecosystem (distributors, resellers, SIs).
  • Previous experience marketing to enterprise B2B audiences in France and/or Iberia.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese in addition to French and English.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder management skills..

Role Essentials

  • Proven field marketing experience in a B2B tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation and sales alignment.
  • Fluent in English and French and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
