Delivery Coordinator, ANZ

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, including external frameworks such as PMI or Agile. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. The role reports to the Director of Services eXperience ANZ. The role will ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne where he have offices. Informatica works in a hybrid office/wfh model.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

Delivery Coordinator (Up to 3 Years Experience)

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in developing and updating basic project plans, including timelines, key milestones, and task tracking.
  • Support the monitoring of project activities to help ensure they meet customer requirements and project goals.
  • Help organize and track project tasks to maintain progress and identify potential delays.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact between customers and internal teams under supervision.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to team members and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support teamwork by facilitating communication between technical teams and customer contacts.

Technical Support Coordination:

  • Help coordinate technical resources and activities to support project deliverables.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth execution and integration of project components.

Project Documentation and Administration:

  • Maintain project documentation accurately within internal systems and tools.
  • Track and report on project progress using standard project tracking methods.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Develop knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning new tools, processes, and industry trends.

What We'd Like to See

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Up to 3 years of experience in the project planning, tasks and project environment
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMI, Agile) and tools.
  • Proven experience in project planning, coordination, and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and personal development.
