Your Opportunity - Consultant, Services, ANZ

As a stand alone individual contributor, you'll provide industry-leading data management consulting services to our customers who utilize Informatica products and solutions. You'll also support the services sales cycle as requested and work closely with other Informatica consultants in the effective use and deployment of Informatica cloud products. This role reports to the Consulting Practice lead, ANZ.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the ANZ region, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide expert-level consulting services to customers, including assessment, design, implementation, and optimization of services solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and assessments to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized services offerings that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain expertise and provide innovative solutions.

Role Essentials

Up to 7 years of experience in a consulting or services delivery role, with a focus on ANZ region.

• Data Management, Data Governance and/or MDM experience
• Proven track record of delivering complex services projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• In-depth knowledge of services industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with services delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Hands-on experience with data management products such as QlikView, PowerBI, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP, messaging queues like JMS and Kafka, and query languages like Java and Python is a big plus.
• Travel may be required up to 25%.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points in the ANZ region.

Your Responsibilities

You will work with our customers and business partners, both on short-term assignments to provide on-the-spot Informatica expertise and on longer-term assignments to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with customers' expectations. You will travel whenever necessary, work alone or with a team to provide support and solutions for assigned customers and projects. You will promote best practices while completing project deliverables, timelines, and customer expectations, ensuring long-term success and adoption of Informatica products. Your ultimate mission is to deliver a first-rate customer experience and positive brand awareness for Informatica.
