Business Development Enablement, Manager

Informatica's Global Revenue Enablement Team is seeking an Enablement Program Manager with experience in defining, building, and executing enterprise-wide enablement initiatives. This role will focus on enablement for Sales Technology/Tools and our global Sales Business Development Managers, along with managing the training resources for Informatica's various sales tools. They will work cross-functionally to execute critical initiatives for the business and ensure sales teams are equipped with effective tools and resources. They will collaborate with sales leadership to identify needs, track tool adoption, and optimize strategies to improve sales efficiency and deal conversion rates. Their goal is to enhance the sales process through targeted enablement initiatives and fostering effective utilization of sales tools. A key part of the role will be elevating sales competency, driving business development performance and career pathing, and aligning training initiatives with Informatica's corporate goals and evolving market demands.

This role reports to the Director, Field Revenue Enablement and combines strategic program management with hands-on training execution to drive tangible sales development impact at Informatica Corporation.

Role Responsibilities:

Program Management & Execution

  • Design and implement best-in-class Business Development training programs aligned with Informatica's Five Corporate Goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BDM & Sales Leadership, Enablement Teams, and other partners to ensure enablement programs measurably improve sales competency and performance
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain monthly training modules and enablement tools that enhance sales skills and business development competencies

Program Design & Curriculum Development

  • Conduct needs analysis to determine leveraged areas of impact and appropriate learning approach
  • Develop standards for the development and deployment of online courses, curriculum, and live events for a variety of internal roles
  • Work with stakeholders and SMEs to define objectives, sharpen content, and measure impact

Tools, Templates and Checklists

  • Review current product enablement materials, compare against internal outcome needs and external benchmarks
  • Build prototypes and refine with feedback
  • Promote, enable on, and drive adoption of sales-focused technologies
  • Create professional materials that are accessible and focused on delivering against targeted outcomes
  • Subject, but not limited to the following software: Salesforce, Clari, Altify, ZoomInfo, HG Insights, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft

Generative Artificial Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of public AI offerings, including emerging trends and technological advancements in the AI landscape
  • Stay informed of Informatica's AI solution portfolio, ensuring up-to-date knowledge to effectively integrate product capabilities into enablement programs
  • Translate complex AI technical concepts into clear, actionable learning modules tailored for sales and business development audiences
  • Utilize deep AI knowledge to customize enablement strategies that prepare sales teams to address AI-related questions and customer needs confidently

Training Materials

  • Design and develop creative and engaging materials appropriate for a given objective
  • Design with a deep understanding of audience diversity
  • Evaluate and assess the impact on learning and business

Must Have Skills:

  • 3-5 years proven enablement program design, development and execution
  • 3-5 years of learning design experience using Adult Learning methodology
  • 3-5 years of cross functional program management experience
  • Experience integrating theory and practice to deliver pedagogically-sound learning experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive alignment with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand digestible formats
  • An intellectual curiosity mindset
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree in Technology, Learning Design, Communications, Education, Business or similar field

Desired Incremental Skills:

  • 2+ years in Sales or Business Development
  • 2+ years in technical, product enablement
  • Scrum Product Owner certification
  • Deep understanding of the tech industry, with the ability to anticipate training needs and trends
  • Adobe Creative Suite, LMS/LXP, and/or e-learning authoring tool experience
  • Master's degree in Technology, Learning Design, Learning Tech, Education, Business or similar field
