Sr Solution Architect
Based in Toronto Canada, or US East Coast.
As our Senior Solutions Architect, you will provide architecture and design, use case development, feature mapping, consulting and solution implementation advice for our customers while working with our Professional Service sand Product / Engineering teams. Experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests with both technical / business audiences. Stay up to date with industry trends, trends within Informatica and across other enterprise products
You will be an individual contributor reporting to our Sr. Manager, Customer Success. You will work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Working with the Customer Success manager, engaging with the customers right after the point of sale to help understand Customer's results and map the architectural blue print with success. Providing post-sales technical expertise ensuring the customer's needs have been met and the product is functioning according to specification.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
- You would provide architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice. You would also work with our Professional services team and have a seamless handoff for broader services engagements. Partner with Product/Engineering Teams to understand best recommendations to design a solution OR provide comprehensive feedback to them to better align our product to customer needs.
- You'll serve as a counsellor and adviser to customers and a technical coach to co-workers, providing advice throughout the Post-sales product implementation/expansion phase. Since the Customer Success team is responsible for Product Adoption, Expansion and Renewal Protection, your role assumes importance for Informatica's success.
- Respond promptly to customer questions with technical explanations of product features and capabilities.
- Be a technical coach to your colleagues in customer success team.
- Prepare and deliver creative solution presentations or technical proposals
- Compose and publish external facing whitepapers, artifacts, case studies, architectural blueprints, blog posts and articles for technical/industry publications.
What We'd Like to See
- Expert-level skills in Informatica Data Governance implementation with products including Informatica Cloud Services like CDGC, CDMP, CDI, CDQ along with Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), Informatica Data Quality, Axon and Data Privacy Management.
- Technical knowledge of deployment of both Cloud and on-premise software solutions and architectures (Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Modelling, Data Analytics and Microservices)
- Experience with AWS or Azure or GCP Cloud Ecosystem would be preferable.
- Experience managing customers and complex data management & solutioning needs
- Expert-level database skills in at least one (Oracle DB, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, Teradata)
- Have Customer experience facing role as Developer or Architect Onsite/Remote, Will work with customer with utter care and due diligence
- Experience tracking and communicating all customer interaction to closer with customer acceptance / approvals
Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Technology.
- 5+ years of overall experience and 2+ years of experience with one or more Informatica products in the Data Governance & Privacy journey – Informatica Cloud Services like CDGC, CDMP, CDI, CDQ, CAI along with EDC, Axon, Informatica Data Quality, Data Privacy Management
- Experience with the major Cloud ecosystems like AWS or Azure or GCP
- Experience handling Enterprise products from SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, IBM, Tableau as source or target for Informatica Integration
