We are looking for a strategic Director, Business Insights to join the core Strategy, Planning, and Data Insights organization at Informatica. This is an important leadership role responsible for transforming our data assets into actionable intelligence that drives strategic and operational decisions, with a critical focus on the Customer Experience (CX) domain. You will define the analytical agenda, ensure the quality and delivery of all executive-level reporting, and the use of analytical techniques across the business.
You will report to the Senior Director, Strategy, Planning, and Data Insights and acts as the partner for the CX leadership team. We ask that you have a blend of analytical acumen and focused on ensuring that the entire CX ecosystem is optimized through data-driven strategies, from improving retention models to standardizing global performance reporting. Success hinges on your ability to translate complex data findings into clear, recommendations that influence senior leadership.
