Senior Solution Architect – Global Partner Technical Sales (GPTS)

We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect candidate with experience in Data management, Cloud, Technical Sales to join our team.

You will report to the Director, Technical Sales.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Build relationships, promote and work with our partners to find and realize opportunities.
  • Engage VP, Director customer and partner personas, credibility with data engineers, data scientists, and other technical customer personas.
  • Prepare and deliver creative solution presentations or technical proposals.
  • Manage customer & partner engagements independently.
  • Stay current on certification of services related to area of focus.
  • Present new customer demos for new use cases.
  • Present and deliver demos at marketing, customer or partner events independently.
  • Facilitate workshops for partners and customers that highlight Informatica's unique advantages, core selling points, industry-specific applications, and in-depth technical details.
  • Help our partners qualify technical requirements coming from customers and prospects.
  • Respond to RFIs or RFPs, build advanced demos and work on POC.
  • Work as part of a virtual global team in delivering a technical proposal and assisting strategic partnerships.
  • Understand and translate technical and challenges and concerns into a solution discussion.

What We'd Like to See

  • Hands-on experience of Data Management and/or Data Governance concepts. Master Data Management background is also nice to have.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cloud computing security aspects.
  • use cases in front of all levels of technical and business stakeholders.
  • Intermediate or Advanced skills on Informatica services and product capabilities or other similar technologies.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products.
  • Intermediate certification on at least 1 Cloud Ecosystem (ex. AWS, Azure, GCP) and 1 data related cloud technology.

Role Essentials

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in data management, MDM, or Data Governance.
  • 10 years of prior presales/technical sales or consulting experience.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
