MDM Solution Specialist- (Hybrid- Bangalore)

We're looking for a Solutions Specialist candidate with experience in MDM, MDM SAAS, Data Integration, Data Quality, Cloud, and Databases, to join our team in Bangalore (Hybrid).

 

You will report to the Sr. Director, Technical Support.

 

As our Solutions Specialist, you will provide architecture and design, use case development, and solution implementation advice for our customers while working with our Professional Service and Product / Engineering teams. In the role of Solution Specialist, you will work and adapt in a fluid. Working as the Solutions Architect, you must be, patient and passionate about guiding customers through our products /solutions, ability to collaborate with another department, and the ability to communicate with both technical / business audiences.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

You would provide architecture and design, use case development, and solution implementation advice.

You would also work with our Professional Services team and have a seamless handoff for broader services engagements.

Partner with Product/Engineering Teams to understand the best recommendations to design a solution OR provide thoughtful feedback to them to better align our product to customer needs.

You'll serve as a counsellor and adviser to customers and a technical coach to co-workers, providing advice throughout the Post-sales engagement. Since the CSM team is responsible for Product Adoption and Renewal Protection, your role assumes importance for Informatica's success.

Respond promptly to customer questions with technical explanations of product features and capabilities

Be the technical coach to your colleagues in the customer success team.

Prepare and deliver unique solution presentations or technical proposals

Compose and publish external-facing whitepapers, artefacts, case studies, architectural blueprints, blog posts, and articles for technical/industry publications.

Role Essentials

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Technology

7+ years of experience with one or more Informatica products in Business 360 journey including – Informatica Multi-domain Master Data Management, MDM SAAS, Hosted MDM, C360, C360 for Salesforce.

Experience with Informatica IICS platform would be preferable
