We're looking for a Principal Product Manager, CLAIRE AI for Data Management candidate with experience in Generative AI and Data Management to join our team in Redwood City, CA.

You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Role Overview: As a Principal Product Manager in our CLAIRE group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI in data management. You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Generative AI-driven products that transform how businesses manage and leverage their data. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of market needs in the realm of enterprise data management—data integration, quality, metadata management, and governance.

Your role responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

1. Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for AI-driven data management solutions. Ensure alignment with business goals and market demands.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
3. Market Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify emerging trends and opportunities in AI and data management.
4. Product Advocacy: Serve as a key product evangelist, representing Informatica at industry events, conferences, and with key customers.
5. Innovation and Thought Leadership: Foster an environment of innovation and thought leadership in AI and data management, contributing to the broader strategic goals of the company.

 

What We'd Like to See

• Required: A minimum of 10 years of product management experience in enterprise software.
• Preferred: direct experience in AI, data management, or related fields.
• Highly Valued: experience with large language models (LLMs) or Generative AI technologies.
• Education: a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. An advanced degree.
• Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
