We’re currently looking for a Director of IT Customer Success with experience in leading the people, processes and systems related to the operations and enablement of Informatica’s corporate strategy to join our team in Redwood City, California. 

Job Summary

As our Director of IT Customer Success, you will be responsible for overall alignment to Informatica’s Customer Success roadmap and target architecture, including the ongoing enablement of our cloud and subscription business models. In the role of Director of IT Customer Success,you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment.Working as the Director of IT Customer Successyou must have strong technical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Day-to-day Duties? Here's What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with business leaders to identify and meet their information needs
  • Responsibility for high-functioning global team
  • Process and technology capabilities covering customer success, technical support, professional services and education
  • Building and sustaining effective partnerships and communications with all stakeholders
  • Working with stakeholders to develop strategy & roadmap
  • Providing thought-leadership across the finance and technology areas to help drive best practices and best-in-class capabilities across the company
  • Proactively promoting data-driven analysis to help improve business outcomes and to create business advantage
  • Managing the execution of a broad portfolio of Salesforce.com and web-based initiatives
  • Working closely with the shared services teams and other offshore teams
  • Driving user enablement and adoption of technologies and solutions

Key Essentials

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the field of IT and/or Services operations
  • Minimum of 10 years of managing a global team of highly-motivated professionals
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred.
