Background:

Reporting to leadership in Cloud Governance, Risk and Compliance, this position will play a critical role in Informatica’s Product Security & Compliance team. In this role, the Vulnerability Program Manager will be challenged to drive the vision and a scalable plan for the program, which oversees addressing all customer queries/concerns related to security & compliance across Informatica Engineering.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Should have good understanding of Cloud Operations & Security
• Be the single point of contact from the Security team to respond to all the customer queries/asks. He/she will co-ordinate internally as needed to get the information & approvals
• Builds customer facing RCA's for all the production incidents posted on status page
• Responds to all pre-sales/sales related questions related to Security, Incident, Change, DR.
• Build customer facing periodic security report
• Has a good understanding of Product Security process and tools
• Has basic understanding of compliance standards such as SOC 2 and FedRAMP
• Measures & reports on agreed KPIs to measure performance
• Manages the tooling and drives continuous improvements including automation where possible
• Works cross-functionally with Informatica divisions such as R&D, PM, Cloud Operations and Global Security Office
• Builds and nurtures solid working relationships with all collaborating teams

 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• 7+ years of applicable work experience, including 4+ years working in the areas of Information Security & Compliance
• Excellent communication(written & spoken), co-ordination and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization, including senior management, business partners, third parties as well as with Informatica customers
• Broad knowledge of IT concepts, including Cloud hosting, encryption, networking, operating systems, databases, middleware, and applications
• Working knowledge of common security legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP, NIST, ISO/IEC 2700X, COBIT, etc.)
• Project/Program management, governance and organizational change management skills
• Experience working with or leading global teams
