Information Security Analyst

We're looking for a candidate Information Security Analyst with experience in Information Security GRC or relevant Audit, Risk and Compliance, to join our team in Bangalore.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Collaborate with partners and work with departmental team members to perform risk assessments
• Develop, documents, and help to implement security controls designed to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company information assets.
• Perform site/physical security assessments
• Manage operational effectiveness of security controls, perform root cause analysis on failures, and lead remediation in a continuous improvement process
• Perform cybersecurity maturity assessments using the NIST CSF framework
• Work with security/technical teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure that appropriate controls are implemented, measured, and improved over time.
• Escort security risks, vulnerabilities and threats through risk analysis / treatment / mitigation processes. Provide firm guidance to technical and business teams to address our requirements
• Prepare compliance and risk assessment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information from walkthroughs, interviews, and systems
• Advise implementing appropriate security controls to support the compliance and risk requirements of the enterprise, the product suite, and customers.

• Experience documenting and contributing to the development of security plans, compliance process flows and process creation.

Role Essentials

• 2 to 4 years of working in Information Security GRC or relevant Audit, Risk, or Compliance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, ISO27001 LI/LA.
• Demonstrated completing Information Security assessments for technology companies., 1+ years of experience doing assessment work in an IT Operations environment, i.e., security operations, server/network management, OS, databases.
• Experience with common security and privacy frameworks (i.e. ISO 27001, SOX IT Controls, SOC2 Trust Principles, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CIS).
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud environments
• Demonstrated knowledge of assessment methodologies, tools& JIRA knowledge
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience
