Lead Software Engineer

We're looking for an Lead Software Engineer candidate with experience in Programming, Kubernetes and Cloud to join our team in Bangalore - hybrid

You will report to the Director, Cloud Engineering.

• Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, and GoLang

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Automate manual processes for build/deployment pipelines and the processes to reduce build times and improve deployment reliability.
• Monitor and analyse pipelines for performance, implementing improvements as needed.
• Ensure security, performance, and high availability of all environments by applying Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Enabling deployment to cloud environments.
• Monitor software service operations and address any performance or security issues

What We'd Like to See

• Strong Programming skill in Java or Golang
• 8+ years of experience in Developer, DevOps, Infrastructure Platform, or a similar role.
• Strong Experience in Operating Systems Kernel, Bootstrap, Partition etc.
• Hands-on experience with Harness or Any other CD tool including pipeline configuration and management.
• Strong experience with Jfrog, K8s and Docker, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Role Essentials

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Supervises Operational Duties of Staff
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
