Field Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager candidate with experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution, and event coordination, to join our team in Maidenhead, UK . Hybrid work schedule.

You will report to the EMEA North Regional Marketing Director.

You will help execute marketing initiatives across EMEA North (UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Benelux), contributing to pipeline growth and brand awareness by driving campaigns, coordinating events, managing budgets, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Support execution of regional marketing plans to generate and progress sales pipeline
• Coordinate logistics and operations for major events (e.g., Informatica World Tour, roundtables)
• Manage central marketing budget processes, including POs, invoices, and partner MDF
• Collaborate with sales and business development to produce compelling marketing materials
• Social Media – Advocate for our brand on social media, boosting overall campaign visibility and engagement
• Partner Marketing – extend our reach by supporting partner marketing ( System Integrators, ISVs and Resellers).
• Track and optimize campaign performance using Marketo, Salesforce, and Power BI

What We'd Like to See

• Familiarity with the full marketing mix across channels and tactics
• Previous experience supporting or managing marketing events and programs
• Digital savviness, particularly with online and social media engagement
• Exposure to partner or channel marketing environments

Role Essentials

• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience
