Principal Software Engineer (C/C++, Multi-threading)

We're looking for an Principal Software Engineer candidate with experience in C/C++, Multi-threading, to join our team in Bangalore, India and Its Hybrid work Mode.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and increase multi-threaded software applications using C/C++.
• Analyse and solve complex concurrency and synchronisation issues.
• Develop efficient, scalable solutions while ensuring code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with software architects and other engineers to define system architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for the solutions developed.

What We'd Like to See

• Must-have skills:• 8+ years of professional experience developing software in C/C++.• Hands-on experience with multi-threading and concurrency.
• Understanding of synchronisation mechanisms, inter-Experience troubleshooting issues with users, and memory management.
• Experience optimising software for performance and stability, Debugging and, especially in multi-threaded environments.
• Knowledge of best practices in software development and version control systems.

Role Essentials

• Familiarity or experience working with networking protocols.
• Understanding of low-level network programming.
• Experience with performance profiling tools and methodologies.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with a data warehouse like Snowflake, Redshift, or Spark
