Major Account Manager – France (Enterprise Software Sales)

We're looking for a Major Account Manager with experience in enterprise software sales, complex account management, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, to join our team in France (field-based role with hybrid / remote flexibility and up to 50%+ travel).

You will report to the Senior Sales Director, Southern Europe.

You will own and grow strategic customer relationships, drive incremental license and subscription revenue, and expand Informatica's footprint across large, complex enterprise accounts, working cross-functionally to deliver customer success and predictable revenue growth.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Develop strategic account plans to expand revenue within existing and new enterprise customers
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level and executive stakeholders
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and quarterly revenue delivery using CRM tools
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, professional services, marketing, finance, and channel partners to drive deal success
  • Promote Informatica's solutions, increase brand presence, and capture customer success stories and feedback

What We'd Like to See

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software or cloud solutions into large, strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of customer business models, decision-making processes, and industry dynamics
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate at executive and CXO levels
  • Consultative selling mindset, experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects business and technical value
  • Comfortable working in a field sales role with significant travel and autonomy

Role Essentials

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic B2B software sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong forecasting and negotiation skills
