We're looking for an Senior Manager QA Engineering candidate with experience of 10+ years in QA Engineering to join our team in Bangalore.

You will report to our Senior Director QA Engineering

Java, REST-based framework ,Selenium, Rest Assured, Appium, AWS /AZURE /OCI

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Provide for a team of local QA Engineers and QA Managers
• Participate in an Agile-based development / testing environment, including reviews and planning activities, functional, system, longevity, and regression testing activities
• Technically lead a team of engineers to ensure excellent quality releases of Informatica Cloud Products. Provide technical leadership, project leadership, and cross-team coordination for other team members for their projects
• Participate in product functional reviews, test specifications, documentation review of Informatica Cloud product, one of the fastest growing integration products and collaborate with teams in an Agile environment
• Work with the development team to debug issues and assist customers and field engineers with troubleshooting
• Influence development managers to ensure appropriate levels of quality on owned technologies
• Influence and with non-technical audiences including senior product and business management
• Demonstrate and re- based on changing requirements (such as urgent customer problems). Deliverable reviews have few actions.
• Conduct technical interviews. judge candidates' all-round suitability for a position.
• Conduct cross-department talks/demos. Provide help and answers to non R&D forums.
• Demonstrate in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Organize own tasks and oversee progress and completion. Manage larger projects..
• Review the automation of team members for coverage and quality.
• Test coverage planning, and prioritizing issues and conducting project status meetings. Deciding strategy for functional tests, automation, stress and longevity tests and third-party tools certification.
• Participating in technical enablement by giving demos of the product features Involving in urgent customer problems and use and as tools to resolve the issues.
• Keep management well-informed and provide status across the organization.
• Suggest and make improvements to existing development process. provide ideas and suggestions to improve all aspects of development processes. Develop action plans to implement ideas and best practices. Good Programming skills in Java

What We'd Like to See

As someone, you shall have experience managing a team of QA Engineers, QA Managers, guiding/developing automation harnesses and working cross teams and geographies.

Role Essentials

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical degree; advanced degree10 or more years of professional experience in software development or testing and automation framework development
• 4+ years of experience leading test teams
• Backend automation with tools such Eclipse, Maven (projects management), Java, REST-based framework
• Knowledge in testing Micro Service architecture in Sizing, resiliency, rolling deployment/upgrade
• Cloud technologies with experience in AWS /AZURE /OCI
• Testing experience with web-based applications and relational databases
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and agile programming methodologies.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Must have a knowledge of QA processes and methodologies
• Good hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Operating System
• Working knowledge of JAVA
• Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience
• Manages people managers or senior level individual contributors
