We’re currently looking for a Senior User Experience Designer with a background in user experience design for enterprise cloud technologies to join our team.

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you'll be responsible for enhancing and extending the user experience for Informatica MDM Business 360 solutions. The Senior User Experience Designer will collaborate with UX team members, and cross-functional product management and development teams to produce user interface and user experience designs for our Master Data Management products. This is the role for you if you: can empathize with business users and challenges; passionate about how data informs design; understand user experience principles and interaction design criteria; to create a cohesive experience across an array of software product experiences. 

Day-to-day Duties? Here's What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will:

• Plan and deliver UX designs for new and extended product offerings while working closely with global, cross-functional teams
• Conduct competitive and comparative products analysis and design relevant research
• Help plan and conduct user research activities and workshops
• Synthesize results from user research into coherent user experience design solutions
• Create information architectures, task flows, user interaction models, wireframe screen flows, prototypes, detailed designs, design briefs, and design specifications with little direction
• Influence product teams and the organization to achieve solutions that are right for our customers and users
• Foster a fun, creative, collaborative spirit 

Key Essentials

• 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for web-based enterprise products
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline (HCI, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, Graphic Design, etc.)
• Online portfolio demonstrating experience producing conceptual models, information architectures, user flows, information visualizations, mock-ups, and other design artifacts
• Strong knowledge and understanding of user-centered design processes in an agile development environment
• Proven ability to generate end-to-end designs -- from concept through production detailing
• Demonstrated experience developing and communicating UX and UI design specifications
• Proven effectiveness working in global, cross-functional teams that include product management, engineering, QA, documentation, and other UX professionals
• Demonstrated proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, InVision, Axure RP, Balsamiq, etc.
• Experienced in using user-research methods, analytics, and other insights to guide product direction
• Excellent written and verbal skills 

What We’d Like to See

• Experience designing user experiences for data management products and/or Cloud platform products
• Good understanding of working with design systems
